These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Snitch, a Discord bot operated and maintained by PsykoPlays (“Developer”, “Owner”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By inviting, accessing, or using Snitch in any Discord server or direct interaction, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of Snitch immediately.
You may only use Snitch if:
Use of Snitch by users prohibited from using Discord is strictly forbidden.
Snitch is provided as a moderation, utility, automation, and community-management tool for Discord servers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Snitch for personal, community, or non-commercial server purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to use Snitch responsibly and only in ways permitted by applicable laws and Discord policies.
You may not use Snitch to:
Any misuse of Snitch may result in restricted access, blacklisting, or permanent termination of access without warning.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for:
The Developer is not responsible for damages or issues caused by improper configuration, misuse, or administrator negligence.
Snitch is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
Temporary outages, maintenance, bugs, API limitations, or service interruptions may occur at any time without notice.
The Developer reserves the right to:

Continued use of Snitch after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of Snitch is also governed by the Snitch Privacy Policy.
By using Snitch, you acknowledge and agree that certain information may be collected, processed, and stored as necessary for the operation of the bot.
Snitch, including its source code, commands, branding, design, features, systems, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PsykoPlays unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, create derivative works, redistribute proprietary components, or claim ownership of Snitch without explicit written permission from the Developer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for data loss, server damage, moderation mistakes, service interruptions, lost profits, security incidents, or indirect damages arising from the use of Snitch.
Use of the bot is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PsykoPlays from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or costs arising from your use of Snitch or your violation of these Terms.
The Developer reserves the right to deny access to any user or server, blacklist servers, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
Users may stop using Snitch at any time by removing the bot from their server.
Snitch relies on Discord and third-party infrastructure. The Developer is not responsible for Discord outages or platform behavior changes. Use of Discord is subject to Discord’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.
Snitch is provided without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that Snitch will meet all user expectations or requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Developer’s jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the applicable jurisdiction.
These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of Snitch constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
By using Snitch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
